Digital Products

All products sold by Central Textiles are digital products, including Textile Print Trend Forecast PDF files and downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

No Refunds After Delivery

Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payments for the same order
Corrupted or inaccessible files that cannot be replaced
Failure to deliver the purchased digital product due to a technical issue on our side

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Please ensure that the selected digital product meets your needs and expectations.

Unauthorized Use

Refunds will not be issued for cases involving:

Unauthorized sharing or distribution
Resale of digital products
